7 Day Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Swimsuits, lingerie and bodysuits are exempt for exchange or store credit.?
It took two months for me to receive my order and when I reached out to the actual store, she lied and told me that she mailed my order out but couldn't provide the tracking information.I called back a week later she said it was already mailed out. I asked could I cancel my order she said they mailed out the items so she was unable to cancel the order, again when I asked for tracking information she could not provide it. I called back two weeks later and she said that it was mailed out and she would call me back and give me my tracking information, I received no call back. I called back two days later and told her I have not received my order nor any tracking information and I would like to know when my order was shipped, she finally texted me my tracking information the next day and when I tracked the package my order was sent out the day before she sent the tracking information. Very poor service. We will never shop here again and if I could give her a -100 I would.
